As a ski enthusiast working on a commercial fishing boat 100 miles off the Jersey shore in 1979 I knew that Colorado was in my future, as long as I got back on land! My girlfriend, now wife, and I packed the van with everything we owned, including our dog Athena, moved to Summit County in November 1979, and never looked back. I never tire of the beauty that surrounds me here in the high country. Not only the incredible scenery but also the people that we have come to know and love here. It seems as though the crisp cool air puts smiles on peoples faces, and I'm sure some would like to make the transition to move here like I did.

I entered the Real Estate profession in Colorado in the early 1980's and have enjoyed the challenges and successes of helping others achieve their dreams of owning property in Summit County too. Whether it’s a condo, townhome, single family home, or a piece of land where they can build their dream home in the future, anything is possible with the right team.

We can provide our long term knowledge of the area to find exactly what you are looking for. We can help with the management of your property if you choose to create a revenue stream while your not using your property. We can make sure your asset  remains in good condition with our non-rental second home program, and of course when you decide to upgrade we can find the right buyer for you.

I moved here for the skiing and found so much more. The summers can't be beat, and now I enjoy all the activities that make this a special place. Hiking,  both mountain and road biking, fishing, hunting, boating, kayaking, are just a few things to do before you take those skis out of the closet and enjoy another fantastic skiing and snowboarding season on our world class ski areas in your back yard.

I look forward to meeting you on your journey and will help you achieve your goals of owning your own slice of paradise here in Summit County Colorado. Until then, I'll see you on the slopes, or on the bike trail, or on the river, or the lake, or maybe even at the Tiki Bar, the first round is on me :))
